Our Policies


Carolina Smoke Onsite BBQ is a business. Sure we dream of smoking pulled pork and brisket, but at the end of the day we need to pay our bills. Our policies are put in place to make sure that our lights stay on and our kids eat. Let's be honest, kids can't eat babyback ribs for breakfast EVERY day.
 

Deposit: Once a quote has been provided and a date for your event has been confirmed, the customer must provide Carolina Smoke Onsite BBQ with a 50% deposit.

Why do we do this? Carolina Smoke has many request for popular dates. By providing us a 50% deposit, we will be devoting that time slot to you and your event. Trust me, it's a good thing.

 

Cancellation Policy: Customers have up to one week to cancel. At which point their day will be released and the deposit will be forfit.

Why we do this? Again, many different events are happening within busy weeks. We need the ability to alert customers that we have turned away of our open slot. We keep the deposit because we purchase meat and supplies for your event.
