A question we get all the time from dinner customers is, "So what is good..", are you serious? Dinner is something that we at Carolina Smoke take very seriously. We want to give large portions for a great price. And we do that.. big time. So, back to what is good... our signature dish is our beef brisket. I gaurettee that you will not find a better beef brisket anywhere. So the thing I would suggest for dinner would first be the brisket. Then, our second choice would be our ribs.. Dave has created a great rib rub that does not overpower the taste of the meat. The seasoning sneaks up on you like a ninja.. then BANG! The pulled pork is always moist and juicey
