Carolina Smoke dining room will be closed from 1:30pm to 5:00 PM to remember my best friend Jerry Sparkman who died on Saturday January 14th 2012. Jerry was a big part of my life and Carolina Smoke. He loves this place and what it stood for. We love him an will missed him.
