Carolina Smoke dining room will be closed from 1:30pm to 5:00 PM to remember my best friend Jerry Sparkman who died on Saturday January 14^th 2012. Jerry was a big part of my life and Carolina Smoke. He loves this place and what it stood for. We love him an will missed him.

What is better than getting a bunch of friends together to eat BBQ and hang out?? Having a  FULL DAY of blues bands and good times!! Carolina Smoke is proud to be sponsoring the Bothell Music Festvial this year. We will be there at the event to serve up some of the best bbq this side of the Pass.

The Bothell Music Festival has an awesome line up that we are really exited to hear, WE CAN'T WAIT!!  Chester Dennis Jones, Gin Creek, Background Noise, Singles Band, Miles Tones and Crown Row are all schedule to play at the event, WHAT A DAY!!! SEE YOU THERE SEPTEMBER 3rd!!

The event will be located in the back of Bothell's Country Village. Music Starts at NOON, gates open at 11am. Come early to get a good spot on the lawn!!

Friday night and Saturday Carolina Smoke will be down at Redmond Derby Days! We have been asked once again to attend this event. Carolina Smoke has been a corner stone in the food offering down at Derby Days for years. Dave will be down there along with a crew of BBQ lovers.. Come down and see us!
